Elaine gave me great advice and explained in detail all of my options

I have only known Paul Spicer for a few months but in that time I have found him to be the consummate professional, he is always courteous, polite and patient even when having to explain the same thing to me more than once because I have not understood things the first time [ my fault not Pauls ].
He has gone out of his way to help me with my Defined Benefit pension and getting my money out and done so in record time.
